- Wash your hands before touching your piercing!
- Wash piercing 2-3 times a day with sterile saline solution.
- For oral piercings, use mouthwash every time you eat, drink, smoke, or do anything with your mouth.
- Keep your hands and fingers off of your piercing unless you are cleaning it!
- Do not take the jewelry out of your piercing for any length of time, they will close up fast!
- Do not go swimming! (Dirty Water)
- Approximate healing time for your piercing varies, your piercer will go over this with you.
- Do not change the jewelry in your piercing for any amount of time unless specified by your piercer.
- Do not ever put the following items on your piercing: NO PEROXIDE, NO RUBBING ALCOHOL, NO WITCH HAZEL, NO NEOSPORIN, NO BACTINE, NO VASELINE!
- All of the above mentioned items are horrible for your piercing and will hurt your piercing!
